There’s going to be a screening of the route 66 comedy “Vinnie’s Vantastic Rock N Roll Adventure”, AND there’s going to be a screening of our brand new horror movie “Camp Smokey”, comedians like Lance Adams, live music with Big Luke, vendors, movie merch, food trucks, pool, darts, Beer, pretty women… what more do you want? It’s totally free, but the film makers will take donations! Starts 6PM. #campsmokey

Funkmaster V (Vinnie Vineyard) is a keynote speaker at this years at the GRC. He will discuss his love of independent radio and the making of WJHC AM. There will be a screening of WJHC AM every evening downtown! So cool! 

This year's conference takes place in Charleston, West Virginia, from October 19th to October 22nd, with WTSQ 88.1 FM as the host radio station.

That's right! It's done and it is cool cool cool tight tight tight! See your favorite Big N Funky people team up to produce our first movie that probably truly is HORROR first, COMEDY second. A 13 year old boy survives a demonic attack that wipes out his summer camp in moments, and grows up to be a demon hunter in the woods. His only companion is a childhood teddy bear. If you like I Am Legend (the book), Halloween, Friday the 13th, Cast Away and Clerks, you will probably dig this microbudget thriller. 

Camp Smokey stars Luke Walker and Brittany Brooks and will be available on DVD/ Blu-ray and on many streaming services BEFORE Halloween 2023.

ASY TV created this movie, but it has so much Big N Funky stank on it, you will love it. Vinnie and Luke (sort of) pick up the roles from WJHC AM as Smartass and Stoner friend, and they embark on a trip that takes them through 14 states and Route 66. The destination? The first ever HUGS concert in 25 years. Yes... THAT band HUGS, the band mentioned from WJHC AM that is a parody of the famous Satanic Jew/ painted face space pimp glam band we all love to hate or love. This movie even features it's own sound track of semi-original HUGS hits: Route 666, Butter, The Lord of Electricity, Welcome to the Shitshow, and of course "Hug It Out." Even some Hugs disco makes it into the movie.

Holy Cow.... 4 Months???

 I cant believe its been 4 months since we updated the website...

WHERE TO START? I KNOW! CAMP SMOKEY!

Camp Smokey is entering the final stages of editing and we have a new cast member to announce! The talented theater actor Brittany Brooks (who was the Heavenly Messenger in WJHC AM- the blue faced lady) has taken over the role of "ANNIE?". We are still looking at a competition date in July... and we are hopeful DVDs/ and Blu-Rays will be available  in August with streaming closer to Halloween. WE CAN"T WAIT TO SHOW YOU THIS SHIZ!!! Luke's take on "I Am Legend", "Castaway", and "Friday the 13th" makes for an interesting, suspenseful, funny, and beautiful story. It's extremely different from WJHC AM and the Hike.

NEW NAME FOR CGM

The Big N Funky's new movie about AI, computers, the movie industry and the Oak Ridge Super Computer has been a little jerkass to name. We have decided to call it "Showdown in Secret City" now. Well... at least for now... but who really knows? Here's a new concept art piece by Kandi and Justin Thompson. Pretty cool! Here's some rejected names that we came up with. Whaddya think? Did we make a mistake?

In a matter of days, Vinnie Vineyard will team up with Brandon Bishop to shoot the Route 66 hard luck comedy that was formerly known as "Get to the Whiskey". Filmed in Tennessee, Colorado Springs, and the entire route of Route 66, this movie will feature sights and sounds from Chicago to Las Angeles. This film will feature the eponymous hero traveling across the country to see his and Luke's favorite childhood band: HUGS, the same parody band featured in WJHC AM. This movie should be released near the end of 2023 on ASY TV, and then will be streaming all over the world in 2024. Get ready to rock n roll!
